Kilpatrick Jury is Chosen

DETROIT, MI (My TV20 News at 10) --- Kwame Kilpatrick knows who will decide his guilt or innocence.

Nine women, and three men make up the jury in the federal corruption trial of the former Detroit mayor, and three others.

Lawyers from both sides agreed to the jury Wednesday afternoon.

The jury includes five Blacks, and a Hispanic.

Judge Nancy Edmonds will hear arguments Thursday regarding a defense request to move the trial out of Detroit.

Opening statements are scheduled to take place Friday.)
