DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- A local attorney is putting on a hardhat to help save one of Detroit's most historical neighborhoods.

Michael VanOverbeke is buying and renovating old mansions in the "Brush Park" area and converting them into rental apartments.

My TV 20's Jorge Avellan went inside the newly renovated "Moore House," originally built in 1885, and will has the story.
