Meijer to Hire 12,000 People

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (My TV20 News at 10) --- The "help wanted" sign is hanging outside Meijer.

The Grand Rapids-based retailer announced Tuesday it will hire 12,000 people to work during the holidays, and past that.

Meijer has 200 stores across five states.

The stores are around 24 hours, and only close on Christmas Day.
