DETROIT, Mi. (My TV20 News at 10) --- Detroit is missing out on real money in revenue each year.
That's because it hasn't fixed broken parking meters that otherwise would be collecting tens of thousands of dollars a year in parking fees. All of the city's parking meters - when working - generate about $2-million a year for the cash-strapped city.
My TV 20's Kristin Pierce explains what the city plans to do to fix the meters and get the money flowing again.
