New Rule Will Cut Off Welfare for Truant Kids

DETROIT (My TV 20 ) - A new rule that goes into effect October 1 would withhold welfare cash payments from families, if their kids are truant from school. My TV 20's Kila Peeples spoke to some parents who have some strong opinions about the rule.
