Now Animal Care is at Center of Controversy

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Animal groups such as "Providing For Paws" and "Dog Aide" worry about the possibility of having the Detroit Police Department operate the Detroit Animal Control Services.

Activists such as Sandra Figueroa raised the issue to city council members today who blame the mayor for the possible change.
