One Man: Why a Detroit EMF is Good

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- While most people in Detroit don't want an emergency financial manager, their are some who do.

Among them is Michael McMahon and he's not afraid to speak out about it.

Micheal says an EMF is needed to not only help get the city out of its financial crisis but to help clean it up.

Our Jorge Avellan caught up with Michael today and has his story.
