DETROIT, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- A group of young entrepreneurs hope to open a shared kitchen space facility in Detroit at the former "Atlas Global Bistro" restaurant on Woodward Avenue.

The Detroit natives say our city is a food desert and residents don't have enough options for healthy cooking. In addition to providing a shared kitchen for pop up restaurants and food trucks, the culinary aficionados want to educate the public about healthy eating.

The entrepreneurs hope to raise funds through the "Kickstarter" donation website to get the project rolling.
