Reinventing Cobo

DETROIT (MyTV 20 News at 10) - After years of controversy over who should control Cobo Center and what they should do with it, the convention center's regional authority board announced big plans Wednesday morning.
My TV 20’s Jorge Avellan was there when then exciting news was revealed at Cobo.
