Kitchen Stove is a Dangerous Replacement for Heaters

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- With the low temperatures we are currently experiencing, more and more people that don't have a working furnace are are using their kitchen stove to stay warm.

But the Detroit Police Department warns that using your stove as a heating source is extremely dangerous and could even kill you.

My TV 20's Jorge Avellan has the story tonight. Plus find out where you can go to get help if you can't afford to pay for heat during the winter.
