DETROIT (MyTV 20) - As part of the Angels' Night Campaign, the city of Detroit will begin enforcing a Halloween curfew for minors Thursday.
The Thursday curfew will require anyone under the age of 18, who is not being supervised by an adult, to be at home by 10:00 p.m. The curfew time then changes to 6:00 p.m. for Friday and Saturday.
Detroit police say minors who violate the curfew will be detained on the spot and be taken to a nearby police station to be picked up by their parents. The parents will also face fines.
