Defective Products

We naturally assume that most products are safe. Tonight on It's a Matter of Law, Mark Bernstein shows how the law protects
consumers from faulty products.

Michigan Law, as it applies to Defective Products is complex.
A Defective Product can be a tool , a household item or product, a toy , or a drug or medical device.

The two major questions to be asked after an injury from the use of a product are:
Was the product designed or manufactured in a defective manner?
Did the manufacturer fail to provide adequate warnings or instructions for the product’s use?
But the most important question is, was the product protected by either State or Federal Immunity?

If you have questions about an injury from a defective product call 1-800-CALL SAM or visit our website CALLSAM.COM

While the laws regarding injuries from Defective Products may seem complicated, getting the legal help you need is not.

Remember, while the law may seem confusing, Getting help … and getting an advantage is easy.
