Remembering a rapper...and the life of a mall cop. Greg Russell shows us what's hitting theaters in tonight's Screen Scene.

Opening this weekend is the biopic Notorious which explores the life and death of East Coast rapper Notorious B.I.G. Newcomer Jamal Woolard stars as Biggie Smalls, who was one of his heroes growing up…..

Greg Russell: What was it like for you getting this role?

Jamal Woolard: Chance of a lifetime… its an opportunity man... Is a, all man, at that time I was changing from a boy to a man and this was the whole book of it being Christopher the man. We already know Notorious.. . We already know B.I.G. This lets you know the man behind the glasses.

Notorious also stars Angela Bassett and Derek Luke…this film is rated-R.

Also opening this weekend is the campy horror flick, My Bloody Valentine 3-D, which is the story of a dead coalminer who wrecks havoc on a small town. This film is rated-R.

And Kevin James hits the big screen as Paul Blart Mall Cop, which is the story of a guy trying to keep his mall safe as well as find love in his own life. Paul Blart Mall Cop is rated PG and opens this Friday.
