Detroit State of the City Address

March 6, 2012 DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - Detroit Mayor Dave Bing delivered his third "State of the City" address this evening. The mayor again reiterated his opposition to an emergency financial manager for the city, and discussed his plans that he believes will allow the city to get back on its feet, without the state takeover. .
