Ex-Detroit Lions top draft pick Charles Rogers is behind bars-- accused of violating probation in a domestic violence case.
Court records show the 27-year-old ex-Michigan State star receiver tested positive for alcohol. He's also accused of falsifying records saying he attended AA meetings. The Lions signed Rogers to a six-year, 55 million dollar deal in 2003. He was cut though in 2006 after injuries sidelined him. Rogers was charged in September with assaulting his fiancee.
