Lions Place Safety Erik Coleman On Injured Reserve

The Lions have placed reserve safety Erik Coleman on injured reserve, ending his season.

A high ankle sprain has just never healed for Coleman, who while never cracking the starting lineup made contributions on special teams.

He will remain with the Lions for the remainder of the season.
