NFL Changes Kickoff Rule

National Football League owners have voted to move up the spot for kickoffs from the 30 to the 35 yard line.

While makling that change, the owners chose to leave alone the rule putting a touchback at the 20 yard line, and the two man blocking wedge on kickoffs also remains unchanged.
