Alex Ogando and two relievers combined on a four hit shutout as the Texas Rangers blanked the Tigers 2-0 Monday.

Hard luck loser Justin Verlander gave up RBI doubles to Michael Young and Mitch Moreland in the seventh inning for the only runs of the game.
