Tigers One Game Away From ALCS Elimination

Nelson Cruz capped a four run Texas eleventh inning with a three run homer and the Rangers scored a 7-3 win over the Tigers Wednesday night to take a 3-1 lead in the American League Championship Series.

The game was over two hours late in starting because of rain.

Detroit took an early 2-0 lead on Miguel Cabrera's two run double in the third inning, and after Texas had gone in front with three runs in the sixth, Brandon Inge homered in the seventh to tie the game at three.
