Tigers Postseason Games Big Boon For City

Millions of dollars could be coming for the Detroit economy with each game the Tigers play in the baseball postseason.

Lansing based Anderson Economic Group, quoted in Crain's Detroit Business, says each game in the American League Division Series will generate nearly five million dollars in spending by fans at the game.

And that amount would double to ten million for every game in the World Series if the Tigers make it that far.
