After a what seems like eternity summer semester (actually it was only 2 months), my friends and I decided to go to NY for summer vacation!
There were three places that stood out and left a great impression in me.
First was the streets in NY. NY the big apple surely lives up to its name! There were sky scraping buildings, swarming people and vehicles on the streets. It was truly an overwhelming sight that it took a while for me to register these beautiful sights to my memory.
Then, it was China town. China Town in New York is a city on its own. I think the place is really an unorganized. But I think this is also where lies the beauty of China Town. Despite being unorganized, the daily routines of the people still seemed to unfold smoothly there. I also find it interesting to see people bargaining at shops.
Lastly, the place that I like is the park under Manhattan bridge. New Yorkers sure know how to enjoy their lives. After a busy day of work in the city, people gather here to have a relaxing time in the park enjoying a movie with the beautiful sights.
