Pop star Justin Timberlake has postponed all of his upcoming December concerts as he recovers from bruised vocal cords.

Timberlake was scheduled to perform his "The Man of the Woods" tour in several locations throughout the U.S.

"My vocal cords are healing, but they are not all the way back to normal yet, so my doctors want me to continue to rest my voice," Timberlake wrote on Instagram. "They have asked me to hold off on singing until next month."

Timberlake has not announced when the postponed concerts will now take place. They were scheduled for Omaha, Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Buffalo, a second Buffalo show and Uncasville, Connecticut, according to Variety
