A drunk man who was arrested this week told police he had traveled back in time from the year 2048 to warn us about a future alien invasion.

Police in Casper, Wyoming received a call about a man who appeared to be drunk and claiming to be from the future according to KTWO.

The police found Bryant Johnson trying to warn residents of an imminent alien invasion, which would happen next year, and everyone should leave as soon as possible. He also added he wanted to speak with the "president of the town."

Johnson even had a reason for his drunkenness.

He told police the aliens had to fill his body with alcohol while he stood on a giant pad which transported him to 2017, even though he was supposed to be in 2018.

Police reported Johnson had watery, red eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol. A breathalyzer showed he had a blood alcohol content of .136.
