SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Kimberley Quach's LinkedIn profile describes her as a vice president of a not-for-profit foundation to help at-risk kids.

The Carmel Valley, California mother is now charged with felony child abuse and other crimes, including providing Xanax, Suboxone and marijuana to teens, beginning at the first of the year and into late September.

Neighbors said they remember a raucous party at her house about a year ago as well.

"Kind of late night party with high school kids; running out of the house when police showed up; cars screeching out of the neighborhood; lined up in front of our own home," one neighbor recalled.

Cathedral Catholic High School sent an email to parents, advising of the arrest and investigation, asking for any information and assuring that student safety is top priority.

"I'm not concerned at all, my son attended the last few years at Cathedral Catholic; it's an upstanding school. One incident ... It doesn't concern me," Tracy Shannon, who's child attends Cathedral Catholic, said.

Quach was arrested two years ago on charges that she stole from a friend she knew in high school. She pleaded guilty to writing several bad checks saying, "I unlawfully obtained personal property of another with intent to defraud."

"I also took the property of another in excess of $950," documents show her claiming.

Those charges have all been reduced to misdemeanors. The new charges, however, are felonies that could lead to more than 60 years in prison.
