REDFORD TWP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police tell us that a person died in a deadly crash that happened overnight in Redford Township.

Police: At least 1 dead in overnight crash in Redford Township
We're told the crash happened on Telegraph, near the I-96 exit at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Investigators say that a 69-year-old was struck by a vehicle when she tried to cross the street, while heading north on Telegraph.
The driver involved, who was heading east on Schoolcraft, fled the scene after the crash.
