UPDATE: Authorities arrested a 16-year-old female Woodhaven High School student late Friday night for the threat posted to social media yesterday, according to school officials.
The Woodhaven-Brownstown superintendent released this statement on Twitter Saturday morning:

All schools in the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District are closed Friday due to a threat.
Officials say they were made aware of the threat Friday morning and are working closely with Brownstown and Woodhaven police to look into it.
All WBSD schools will be closed on Friday, November 9, 2018 due to a new threat that we were made aware of this morning. We're working closely with Brownstown & Woodhaven PD to look into it.

According to Brownstown Police, the threat was made on social media around 1 a.m. Police are working to track the threat down.
